We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker** at our clients care package, at their home based in **Burry Port.**

**When you'll be working**:

- 2 x waking night shifts a week
- 8pm-8am
- 24 hours a week
- Part Time

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and domestic duties.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
