**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
You will be supporting adults on a person centred basis where you will work with service users living with mental health conditions. You will ensure that residents are involved in all decisions that are made about their care and help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities. Tasks will include personal care, administering medication, security checks & domestic tasks.

Qualifications:
