A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Procurement & Transport Administrator to join a highly successful team within a dynamic and expanding National Company. Tennals have a reputation for delivering quality installation, remedial repairs and planned maintenance works across a broad spectrum of private and commercial clients across the UK.

We are looking to hire a new administator to join our Procurement and Transport team.

**Overview**

The admin role is a key member of the procurement team and will be required to liaise with suppliers under the supervision of the Supervisor/Manager. This supporting role will assist and coordinate all stock levels across the businesses within the Group. The role will also ensure that all stock levels are maintained and do not fall below the required levels.

The role includes (but not limited to) identifying, updating and booking in/out orders for all business units within the group. Making sure all deliveries are signed, printed and dated for forward delivery to branches. You will be required to contact suppliers and arrange returns ensuring they are collected and receipted correctly.

Regularly contacting engineers and ensuring all parts or requests have the correct supporting acquisition forms and booked into stores when delivered.

Ensure that all processes are being adhered to and supporting the team and Branch Manager when required. Also ensuring that the appropriate systems and processes are followed in accordance with company procedures.

Any other activities that may reasonably be required by the company.

A Full UK driving licence would be needed

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
