With a renewed, business wide commitment to Net Zero, Human Rights and offering our customer amazing products made with lower impact we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to put this plan in motion.

**About the role**:
The role of Sustainability Assistant will support the Product and Environmental ambitions within our sustainability strategy. The role will have a particular focus on the delivery of our net zero ambition and measuring the progress of our product roadmap, as well as implementing environmental projects across our own operations whilst supporting with the wider sustainability agenda.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product**:

- Manage and implement sustainable raw materials certification approval process for the ESG team, and support product colleagues with queries.
- Manage our Textiles 2030, Sustainable Cotton Challenge and other product related data reports and disclosures and take responsibility for collation, analysis, and submissions

**Net Zero**:

- For our Net Zero ambitions: Seek continuous improvement in data collection processes and engagement with the different offices and suppliers.
- Data management and analysis to understand environmental impact

**Communications**
- Support on the creation and delivery of product, environment and Net Zero training material for colleagues & suppliers
- Engage with key stakeholders to communicate Sustainability messages including suppliers, colleagues, and external bodies

**General**:

- Work alongside the Product and Environment teams to support the delivery of the Clothing and Home sustainability strategy for raw materials and net zero targets across the business.
- Developing knowledge on environmental and social matters with support from the team
- Respond to team requests for data, organizational assistance, or essential bookings.
- Keep abreast of current affairs in the Social and Environmental world relevant to our business and strategy, informing the team as appropriate

**About you**:

- An interest in Product, and Environmental issues in global supply chains with demonstratable knowledge
- Works collaboratively and effectively with others
- Is proficient with Microsoft office packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with environmental impact data
- Good communication skills

**1**st** stage**:

**2**nd** Stage** - A one-hour formal interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions, including project brief set by hiring team. This can be held either in person or remotely.
