Our client is looking for a Process & Systems Specialist for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

**Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-user training and first level support on SCM systems and processes to the SCM Department and other functions as appropriate
- Ensure full coherence and use of SCM and Company Systems eg SAP, SAP Ariba, Exiger, Sharepoint, Synergi etc
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
- Once areas for improvement approved, proactively drive the necessary changes, co-ordinate system testing (where applicable), ensure all stakeholders are trained and monitor the implementation
- Take an active role in testing of additional systems functionalities implemented either across the Group or within the Region
- Prepare localised training materials for end users to support new system adoption
- Act as regional point of contact for all SCM systems’ users within the region
- Proactively contribute and interact with other Process and Systems Specialists around the group, particularly in a SAP Process Expert Network (PEN)
- Provide reports eg Systems data extraction and progress activity to Management upon request
- Ensure reporting from systems within the SCM team is conducted in an efficient manner
- Perform supplier due diligence for the Region utilising existing Exiger system to maintain compliance to Corporate guidelines.
- Actively contribute to the sharing of SCM data and collaborate within the SCM community
- Rollout changes in procedures, terms & conditions, forms etc to the SCM team
- Assist with any other duties that may be required for successful business delivery.

**Requirements**:

- SCM/System relevant experience IT proficient across the MS Suite
- High degree of computer literacy
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and other digital platforms such as SAP Ariba
- Pro-active and positive to changes and challenges
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to co-operate with others to promote an effective and efficient working environment
- Produce work of a highly presentable quality
- Able to prioritise workload as appropriate to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, maintains strong collaborative relationships at all levels across a multicultural global environment. Demonstrates initiative and ownership to deliver workload unsupervised while flexible to support wider team activities.
