HH Community Care Ltd. trading as Nupath Care recruiting for male **Specialist Care Support Workers** in East Northumberland covering Blyth. We are currently offering both **day shifts** and **night shifts**.

We provide the care and support our service users need to achieve a fulfilling life and maintain as much of their personal independence as possible, in the comfort of their own homes.

The specialised care team supports service users with varying health conditions including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, post traumatic injury, challenging behaviour, Huntington's disease and many others.

Our Specialist Care Support Workers prepare meals; dispense medication; attend to personal care; dressing; showering: companionship and enabling, day centre support; holidays, hobbies; interests and respite.

**Employee pay and benefits**:

- Rates of pay **£10.00 - £10.50 **per hour

Previous experience of caring for vulnerable people is required and experience with complex care packages would be an advantage, but we do provide a full induction training course for all new staff.

We are looking for people who are caring and sensitive with a desire to help others; passionate about providing quality of care and support to our service users, strong organisation and communication skills who are reliable and trustworthy. A Full Driving Licence and a car is essential to this role.
