We are looking for a part time sales advisor to work at House of Cavani on the weekends in our new Showroom

You will be hired to work on the weekend and potentially some additional hours in the week when required.

We are looking for someone to greet clients and advise them on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases. Sales Associate duties include selling, stocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service.

**Main Duties**
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensuring that product shelves are well-arranged and adequately stocked with products.
- Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.
- Manage point of sale processes
- Maintain awareness of existing promotions and advertisements
- Maintain stock levels/ movement and replenishment
- Manage and follow up on bookings and appointments
- Assisting customers in locating requested store products.
- Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions.
- Performing housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
