We are looking to recruit a well-rounded **Recruitment Advisor **to join our Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) framework on a 9-month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

**About the Project**
Anglian Water has created a new delivery enterprise - the Strategic Pipeline Alliance. “SPA” is creating hundreds of kilometres of new, interconnecting pipelines to help combat the impact of climate change and keep fresh, clean water flowing across the Anglian Water region. The new network is one of the largest infrastructure projects for a generation and is a complex and challenging major infrastructure project.

**About the Role**

The role is a hybrid, full-time role with a requirement for travel to Peterborough when required

**Key Responsibilities**
Facilitate the recruitment of all SPA staff roles
Champion the SPA “best for task” principles, liaising with partner recruitment leads and hiring managers
Central point of contact for all recruitment queries
Proactively support, centralise, and standardise the recruitment process across the teams
Manage the SPA Workday ATS system
Work with SPA Managers to understand and identify resource requirements
Support in the “building of strong relationships” with new recruits to ensure all feel comfortable at every part of the recruitment and onboarding process
Maximise retention by analysing data from all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding
Present to the Pan Alliance Recruitment Manager and Senior Leadership team on key resourcing challenges and provide summary for effective change

**About You**
Previous experience in facilitating and driving efficient recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
Clear passion for recruitment
Confident in picking up systems and processes quickly
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to challenge and change accepted practices in favour of new and more effective ways of working
Confident in approach to effectively manage and influence stakeholders
Ability to act professionally and deal with sensitive / confidential information
