Fresh Arts C.I.C is a new Arts Council England NPO based in Brent. We are committed to making the arts more accessible for children from all backgrounds. Fresh Arts C.I.C runs a year-round programme encompassing the best in arts participation activities for children and cultural education and outreach work for both its community and the sector.

This role will include full time facilitation, planning, and mentoring and training our team of facilitators.

This role includes regular weekend working and shift based working due to the nature of the programmes.

The role is based in our building in Brent and in community settings and schools across London and the South East.

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Facilitator role will include but is not limited to:

- Facilitation in our new building in Wembley
- Facilitation in schools and the community
- Cover support.
- Planning and resource creation and distribution
- Training staff members
- Observations and quality control of sessions
- Develop curricula of work for existing programmes and for new projects.
- Training and supporting our team of facilitators.
- Mentoring staff members
- Training new staff members
- Team building
- Any other tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £23,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
