We’re looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrator to assist with managing the recruitment process from start to finish and ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting HR department with day-to-day activities and enquires
- Organising the onboarding for new starters including induction
- Assisting with recruitment, arranging interviews, vetting documents and obtaining feedback forms.
- Assisting with staff engagement functions and facilitating new starter events
- Managing staff absence records ensuring accurate recording on HR system
- Filing / printing / scanning / photocopying
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System
- Liaising and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by Manager
**About You**

You’ll ideally have previous experience in a similar role, within professional private client firm, but this is not essential and full training will be provided. Naturally, you will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general IT fluency. You will also have/be:
