**Training Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to expand their resume and join our dedicated team.

We were founded in 2005 by a group of healthcare professionals, and their deep experience and understanding of pre-hospital and in-hospital care sits at the heart of all we do.

Led by our medical experts, we deliver training within a robust clinical governance framework to transform patient care, improve patient outcomes and to save lives.

**What we do**:
We provide high quality training delivered by experienced instructors to members of a variety of public and private organisations.

**The role**:
As one of our training administration team you will support the organisation and administration of our training courses, liaising with the organisations we work with and our instructors who deliver the training. You will manage all aspects of pre and post course administration including data entry into a variety of learning management systems, answering questions from students, quality checking course documentation and filing.

Due to ongoing expansion into several sectors Trauma Resus are looking to appoint an additional training administrator with the following minimum qualifications, skills and experience:

- Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English at grade C or above or equivalent
- IT proficient with Microsoft office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and effective communicator
- Able to prioritise work
- Experience working in an administration role, ideally in a learning setting

The post is part time, predominately Monday to Friday which can be worked flexibly over 3-5 days.

**Job Type**: Part Time - 22.5 hrs p/w (3 days)

**Salary**: £11,000 - £13,000 - dependent on experience
