Job Title: Trainer/Assessor - Warehouse and Logistics

Location: Blended working

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,500 (Depending on qualifications and experience).

**Overview**

iSupply Training are part of the Northern Training Academy, a specialist Apprenticeship and Traineeship provider. We currently have offices in Warrington and Bolton with availability to work in either office.

**Duties**:

- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Warehouse & Logistics.
- Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
- Observe learners remotely, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
- Must have excellent Health & Safety knowledge

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Warehousing and Logistics.
- Must hold occupational experience of working within a Warehouse setting.
- Good level of ICT skills.
- Happy with remote delivery.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 2 years (preferred)
