The Hope and Anchor which is a newly renovated riverside contemporary restaurant, which includes the main pub and 12 stunning rooms due to open soon.

**About You**

You will be reliable & trustworthy, honest, driven, motivated, and a team player.

**Requirements & Responsibilities**
- Front of house which includes serving hot and cold drinks
- Order taking and serving food
- Helping with private functions
- Answering guest queries face to face or by phone
- Understanding what we offer our guests from menu to drinks
- An understanding of etiquette
- Providing great service every time to our guests
- Ensure a high level of customer service and following procedures in order to maintain this.

**Key requirements for the post**

No formal qualifications are required although experience in any of the following is essential:

- Hospitality experience
- Hotel or B&B services essential.
- Must be 18yrs and over
