We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Ross-On-Wye Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to make a real difference to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a warm welcome for our guests.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
- Make a positive impact on our guests' stay by providing a high level of service.
