Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Project Coordinator - Young Men’s Health to join our London based team.

**About the role**

You will support the Young Men’s Health team as a Project Coordinator for Movember's mental health guidelines and Movember Sports Collective. This full-time, 12-month contract, part of the Global Young Men's Health Portfolio, aims to enhance young men’s mental health through strategic programs and projects, particularly in sports and esports settings.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Clerkenwell office.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Support day-to-day operations for effective implementation of guidelines projects locally and globally.
- Coordinate communication and stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
- Set up online and face-to-face meetings across multiple time zones.
- Develop meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Adhere to team processes for filing and information management, supporting process improvements.
- Maintain centralised record keeping of project artifacts and documentation.
- Use work management platforms (e.g. Asana) to organise, track, and manage projects.
- Support Sports Health Initiative and Gaming and Esports squads with deliverable timelines.
- Present detailed information in various formats (written and oral) appropriately for the audience.
- Stay abreast of project details to support the Portfolio Manager, Young Men’s Health - Global, and stakeholders.
- Work with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager to centralise monitoring and activity data, including monthly and quarterly updates.
- Assist in identifying project risks and issues and help develop and implement mitigation strategies with the Portfolio Manager.

**For this role, you’ll need**
- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination in health, community, sports or in not-for-profit sector.
- A passion for improving youth mental health through implementing and building evidence-based programs.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organisation.
- Well-developed organisation skills and ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy skills - Proficient using Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to learn and effectively use other software systems (i.e. Asana).
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ‘think on your feet’.
- Flexibility to attend calls outside normal work hours, including two global team meetings per month and other meetings as required.

**Bonus points for**
- Knowledge of youth mental health and/or suicide prevention.
- Experience delivering programs in community or community sport settings.
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications.
- Event management experience.
