The role - Bookings & Administration Coordinator, Llandudno
- Working in a fast-paced environment you will work collaboratively with the Health and Transport Coordinators, providing a high-quality booking experience for members and customers. The Booking & Admin Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of the Hospitality Team and overseeing the safe and efficient running of the Centre customer facing operation, whilst liaising with all other departments in the Centre to ensure the best customer service is delivered in all areas.
- Additionally, you will:

Work with the Hospitality Coordinator, inspire and motivate the hospitality team to be highly visible, professional and be a positive influence within the wider Centre staff team.
- Work proactively with the Hospitality Lead, maximising the booking capacity at the Centre. Responsible for all bookings at the Centre, ensuring occupancy targets are met.
- Manage accommodation reservations for the Centre, ensuring that all accommodation requirements are met by liaising with relevant departments in order to provide a seamless service to all members and other beneficiaries.
- Ensure details of every reservation are entered into the accommodation management system to ensure all information related to reservations and individual booking requirements is available to other relevant departments.
- Ensure room allocation for Members and other beneficiaries are correct by liaising with the Health Coordinator to ensure any special room requirements are met and that accommodation is provided in the appropriate area to meet care needs and to comply with CIW/CQC requirements.

About you
- To be considered as a Booking & Admin Coordinator, you will need:

General education to Grade 4 (C) GCSE level in English Language and Mathematics
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Good knowledge of the booking process
- Experience of leading a team in a busy customer service environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Good IT skills
