Key Responsibilities include:

- Participating in administration duties such as; answering the telephone, dealing with written and verbal enquires, photocopying and filing.
- Maintaining our online booking system and managing both member and visitor bookings as appropriate.
- Directly liaising with hoteliers, tour operators etc. and well as preparing and sending invoices as required.
- Administering club competition vouchers and press reports.
- Receiving and recording members subscriptions; including setting up direct debits as required.
- Receiving and recording Open Meeting Entries.
- Digital marketing including maintaining the clubs website and managing the clubs social media platforms.
- Designing leaflets and advertisement materials for club events as well as maintaining club notice boards.
- Ensuring stationery stock is adequately maintained.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Cash handling as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £10.43 per hour
