About the role
The role requires a highly organised and competent administrator in aspects of inputting data into a variety of systems and communication to internal and external departments and suppliers.

Within an extremely busy fleet department, the administrator will be accountable for the administration of all company related fleet matters in ensuring records are up-to-date and legal compliance is met.

You will be responsible for
- Creating and maintaining purchase orders via internal financial system SAP for 173 Business Centres
- Administrating the fuel card ordering system for Business Centres
- Management of fleet master files, contract costs and fleet movements for the company fleet.
- Accurate administration of tolls including the London Congestion Charging System.
- Administration of fleet contracts
- Ensuring financial objectives are met. Prioritises own work load and identifies any issues to Dept manager.
- To be open and honest in relations with Suppliers & all customers with contact to the site. To be helpful and co-operative in dealings with Business Centres.
- Identifying improvements that assist the team in meeting its objectives. Discuss improvements with colleagues and manager.

You will need

**Skills, Knowledge, Experience**
- **Essential**:

- Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to process information both accurately and in a timely manner
- The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all Business Units and Suppliers.

**Desirable (but not essential)**
- Previous experience of working in a Transport Office environment.
- Experience of SAP Purchasing System (Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing)
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel Software
