**Job overview**:
**We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and flexible Administrator to support Bury Community Stroke and Neuro Rehab team.**

**Hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.**

Alongside our admin colleagues the team comprises of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Nurses, Psychologists and Therapy technicians. We provide community rehabilitation for a wide range of neurological conditions, and our admin are pivotal to the smooth running of the busy and friendly team.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will work within a team of highly skilled and motivated staff where patient focus is our priority. The role is both exciting and challenging where team working is essential and initiative is paramount.

The role will involve the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems (following any necessary training). You will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills and will be responsible for managing and prioritising your own workload.

The role will include accepting and managing referral requests and effectively managing queries and messages from relatives and other stakeholders.

You will data input accurately and will ensure all communication is passed over to the relevant team members. Patient calls are dealt with in accordance with the NCA Trust Values. You will demonstrate flexibility and will be confident in communication with clinicians and patients in a professional manner.
