What You'll Be Doing:
As a Car Park Attendant within your location, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
**Requirements**:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
- Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
