Requirements A degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching certification.
Strong knowledge of English literature, language, and pedagogy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Previous experience teaching English in a secondary school setting is preferred.
