**Job summary**:
DWP is looking to fill a role in the Government Reform Team which sits in the People Capability and Place directorate. This roles is for a Data and Analytics Coordinator

This is a visible role working across Government and will provide an exciting opportunity to support the activity of DWP’s Government Reform Team, a team with a broad remit to plan for, coordinate and assure DWP Reform activity.

The role will be based in one of the People Capability and Place hubs of Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, or Newcastle.

**Job description**:

- Support compliance with functional standards and progress functional optimisation and wider reform activity by providing relevant data and insight.
- Support engagement with the centre of government to ensure we are delivering on coordinated actions that relate to the scope of government reform.
- Responsible for undertaking analysis and providing management information within the team; proactively use data to share insights on how DWP can do things better across the whole scope of government reform.
- Work with Civil Service Modernisation and Reform Champions across DWP to implement change in their local areas, and gather their insight to inform future DWP reform activity.
- Support other government reform priorities across the breadth of the work the team is responsible for, as required.
