Inside Sales Coordinator

Working closely with the Sales Manager you will have opportunity to coordinate a variety of sales activities from key account management to providing sales analysis on key markets, customers and product groups whilst managing the sales administration team.
**Duties will include**:
- Management of the sales / contracts / quotations process
- Key account management
- Market analysis
- Merchanted stock management
- Prioritization of orders in conjunction with Sales Manager and production
- Ensuring pricing policies are effectively implemented and adhered to
- Line management of the sales administration team, ensuring that staff are fully training in all aspects of their role and all department procedures are up to date
- Provide monthly commercial outlook commentary
- Conduct quarterly stock provision reviews
- Review month end sales price confirmations
- Conduct weekly review of month end revenue recognition dates
- Provide weekly updates on sales progress on product groups
- Management of quarterly sales data into forecasting tool system
- Management of off-site product processing
- Customer compliant and compliance reporting and investigations
