As the primary contact for clients, you will facilitate communication between internal account managers, production teams, and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responding to and processing all incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Following up with prospects and quotes in accordance with our sales pipeline
  • Managing a busy inbox to ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries
  • Coordinating with various departments to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations
  • Adhering to KPIs and SLAs
  • Providing stock reports and addressing stock-related queries
  • Updating customers on courier tracking status
  • Engaging with customers through phone and email communication
  • Building trust and loyalty with clients, striving to exceed their expectations
