Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a regional Contractor that are well established and have great progression opportunities? Are you looking to join a £150+ million turnover company who work on a range of projects in the commercial, industrial, Education,Healthcare and R&D sectors?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, reputable commercial developer where your role will go further than just quantity surveying, such as being involved with estimating, health and safety and project management.This client of mine work on a range of projects from £1m to £30m+ million, and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can come in and make the role their own, and help drive the business forward.
In this role you will oversee a circa £10m new build research facility and office project making sure to plan budgets, submit viable bids for the board and external clients, and attend pre and post bid meetings with clients. You will also work under deadlinepressures, help identify new potential work opportunities, oversee and manage all the commercial aspects of projects, prepare monthly CVR reports and administration of accounts to final stages. On offer is the chance to work on exciting projects for a reputable,established company.
