Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing contract profitability through effective cost management and value engineering
  • Providing quotations to clients for variations and ensuring accurate monthly cost and value reports
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Performing all other daily tasks associated with a Quantity Surveyor role

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks, with a strong understanding of construction costs and value engineering
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in value engineering and a strong understanding of residential groundworks
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
