- Printing new and replacement smartcards.

- Monitoring service desk calls to provide support and guidance to users.

The position will require you to work as an NHS RA Agent, following the procedures and duties set out to comply with NHS Digital requirements.

You will meet with users at all levels. across the various sites, registering users to create them a national digital identity, producing smartcards, troubleshooting issues, providing access to key systems and training superuser and sponsors to assist with smartcard management within their own areas.

The position feeds into the System Access Lead and work alongside another RA agent.
