A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the office department of LIVIN’Italy in Granary Wharf - Leeds, as we are currently looking for a passionate team member who can contribute to the continued success of our Bar & Restaurant.

LIVIN’Italy Office is an important role that acts as a “central hub” to the restaurant, supporting & working with all departments within the business, from accounts to operations, BOH & FOH management, Managing Director and external suppliers/service providers.

**Key responsibilities**

**Compliance Management System**

Making sure the venue is compliant according to H&S laws & legislations

**Tickets & In-house problem solving**

Collaborating with in house management & external service providers in order to solve any problems that may occur

**Office administration & Data Processing**

**Suppliers & Purchases**

Online purchases of one off items for the day to day running of the restaurant

**HR Assistance**

Job posts & advertising, CV filtering

**Software & Portals Management**

Ensuring the smooth running of portals & software

**Profile**
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- English language is essential, additional Knowledge of the Italian language would be desirable but not a requirement.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word) is also essential.
