Pay rate: £11 per hour + £45 per sleep in

Full time role: 37.5hrs a week

Come and join a close-knit team supporting three young gentleman in a shared supported living home. Once you step through the door, you will be greeted by lots of laughter and smiles. We use Makaton communication at the house which helps us to understand each other and build the trustworthy relationship.

Gentleman spent a lot of time together with shared support - from going to the cinema, various activities or meals at the local pub. However the support is person-centred and each gentleman have 1:1 support to encourage them to be themselves and to achieve their goals. You will be also supporting them with personal care, medication, weekly budgeting, food shopping and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Full UK driving license is essential for this role; we have a Mobility Vehicle and support workers will need to drive it - to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license.

What shifts are available?
- 7:45am - 3pm / 2pm - 10pm or long days 7.45am - 10pm / sleep in (required one sleep in a week)
- We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about
