Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Youth Worker to join our team at Housing and Support Recruitment Limited. As a Youth Worker, you will be working with young people and families in crisis, providing support and guidance in a hostel environment.

About the Role:
  • Support young people aged 16-25 who have found themselves in homeless situations
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to help young people develop life skills and budgeting
  • Work with young people and families in a hostel environment, providing a safe and supportive space
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure young people receive the best possible support
Requirements:
  • Reliable and experienced Youth Worker with a passion for supporting young people
  • Ability to engage with young people and provide support and guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
