As a Public Relations Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand image and enhancing our presence in the media industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Crafting Compelling Stories: Create engaging and compelling narratives around our multimedia projects, talent, and company milestones. Through your storytelling, captivate the media and public, fostering a positive perception of Creative Time Media.

2. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Pitch stories, press releases, and exclusive content to secure valuable media coverage for our projects and initiatives.

3. Crisis Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for managing crisis communication and reputation management. Swiftly address any potential PR issues to protect the brand's integrity.

4. Event Management: Collaborate with the marketing and events team to plan and execute media events, press conferences, premieres, and promotional activities.

5. Social Media Engagement: Oversee social media platforms and ensure consistent and compelling messaging that aligns with the company's brand identity. Engage with our online community and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.

6. Brand Advocacy: Identify and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and industry thought leaders who can advocate for Creative Time Media and its projects.

7. Awards and Recognition: Identify relevant awards and accolades opportunities for our projects and talent. Develop award submissions and coordinate with industry bodies to increase our visibility and recognition.

8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape changes to identify opportunities and refine our PR strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field within the media and entertainment industry.

2. Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity to craft engaging content.

3. Strong media contacts and a track record of securing media coverage for projects or brands.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

5. A strategic mindset with the agility to adapt PR strategies based on project requirements and market dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
