The Global Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Communications team at the University of Westminster performs a vital function, driving core business, raising our profile and communicating to a complicated mix of audiences. In an increasingly competitive market both at home and abroad, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious, determined and effective professional to help provide a successful and driven service for the University.

The UKVI Compliance Administrator will support a team dedicated to ensuring full compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations for international students who require a visa to study in the UK. You will support processes that ensure compliance in the recruitment and admissions stage and throughout the international student journey. You will be helping to maintain a complete and compliant set of student records, in line with UKVI requirements. You will handle large volumes of enquiries from students and colleagues on a wide variety of issues related to UKVI compliance.

You’ll be an active and supportive team player and a professional and customer-focused communicator. You’ll be organised and meticulous when dealing with large quantities of sensitive data. Most of all, you will show the capacity to adapt to a complex and evolving workload and show interest for increasing your knowledge and expertise in this field.
