- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to all UK immigration laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration law and policy and analyse their implications for clients, conducting regular reviews and updates of policies and procedures to reflect changes in immigration law and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing bespoke immigration and visa advice based on their specific business needs and circumstances.
- Analyse business objectives and market trends to offer tailored strategic advice that aligns with clients' long-term goals.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on UK immigration processes and updates.
- Design and implement comprehensive immigration policies that adhere to current legislation and promote best practices.

Role Requirements:

- Accreditation by a relevant legal body (e.g., SRA, OISC) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the legal requirements, documentation, and procedures involved in UK immigration.
- Demonstrated capability to handle sensitive and complex immigration cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building client relationships.
