Diversity & Inclusion is VFS DNA.The purpose of the role is to facilitate the VISA application process and handle front office & back office operations conducted at the India Visa Application Centre.This role is a full time role 40 hours a week, 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension.*Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role:** Processing VISA applications and data entry* Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre* Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.* Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants* Handling of postal applications* Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone* Fee collection and cash handling* Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions*Personal Requirements:** Excellent written & verbal communication skills* Arabic and English - verbal and written* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages* A good attention to accuracy and detail* A proactive can-do attitude* FlexibilityApplication deadline: 31/05/2024Job Type: Full-timePay: £28,250.00 per yearSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork authorisation:* United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 31/05/2024
