Ashford, United Kingdom Remember My Baby Full time

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for making a difference? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to a meaningful cause? Remember My Baby (RMB) is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated team. If you have the skills to manage our day-to-day operations and support our mission of providing remembrance photography to bereaved parents, we want to hear from you

**About Us**

Remember My Baby is a UK-based charity that offers remembrance photography to parents experiencing the loss of their baby before, during, or shortly after birth. Our dedicated team of volunteers captures precious memories, providing comfort and support during a difficult time. We are committed to delivering compassionate and professional services to those who need them most.

We are a micro charity that is looking to grow and expand our network. Over the last ten years we have provided images for 7,000 families across the UK, and currently operate in about 45% of hospitals and children’s hospices.

**What You'll Do**

As our Operations Coordinator, you will:

- Manage Operations: Ensure our day-to-day activities run smoothly by implementing and overseeing operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate Volunteers: Support the recruitment, training, and management of our invaluable volunteers, maintaining accurate records and schedules.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist senior management and the wider team with administrative tasks, from managing correspondence to organising files and records.
- Plan and Organise Events: Help plan and execute events such as training sessions, trade show attendance, and our co-working days.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and maintain effective communication channels both within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Support Fundraising: Manage the fundraising CRM system, help plan campaigns and research funding opportunities.
- Optimise Systems: Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of our organisational systems and databases, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.

**What We're Looking For**

We are looking for someone who is a great all-rounder, flexible in approach and who thrives in a multi-faceted environment.

You’ll need strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and be a team player. It’s not essential that you have worked in a charity environment, but that will definitely help as will experience of working with volunteers.

Experience of baby loss, either yourself or someone close to you, would also be a definite plus, but the most important thing about this role is the ability to run with whatever hits you and take ownership of it.

**How to Apply**

If you are ready to take on this rewarding role, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your suitability for the position. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Join us at Remember My Baby and be a part of a team that brings comfort and solace to families during their most challenging times. We look forward to hearing from you
