CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - LEAMINGTON SPA- 37.5 HOURS A WEEK - SALARY £22,000.
Our market leading client are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join its successful team.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be required to undertake a range of supporting activities which include: Key requirements and job attributes:
Pursues outstanding payments and company credit checks.
Updating the sales team with sales information on a regular basis.
Raising orders and dealing with quotations.
Actively re-engaging sales with our inactive customers/accounts.
Assisting the warehouse to complete orders which will require some manual handling.
Skills & Experience required:
Good customer care and communication skills.
Good telephone manor.
Computer literacy.
High standard of administrative skills.
Experience of Sage Accounts but not essential.
Experience of CRM systems would be beneficial.
Experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
Understanding Export and Import procedures
