**Peabody**has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** on either a** full time, permanent** **basis**based in **Ealing Gateway,** **London. **In return you will receive a competitive salary of circa **£24,400 per annum.**

**What you can expect to be doing as our Customer Service Advisor**:

- Supporting the Neighbourhood Customer Specialist team in providing an excellent housing and estate management service across a range of digital channels, ensuring that all customers - leaseholders, tenants, freeholders - receive an effective, professional and value for money service and that the business addresses issues/problems and delivers appropriate services in a timely and cost effective manner- Striving for 1st contact resolution at all times by being pro-active and thoroughly investigating the customer’s account to prevent possible call backs- Managing a customer caseload and ensuring that customers have access to the right services, there is correct service outcome and that customer queries/complaints are resolved regardless of where service failure lies within the organisation- Taking ownership to ensure they have full knowledge of all services to help meet the individual needs of customers
