Do you have what it takes? **THE GIG** This newly created role, reporting to the CMO, is responsible for developing and executing the global consumer marketing strategy for Dr Martens. You will oversee brand & product marketing, global social & global PR, and will work closelywith the Global Creative team, Global DTC Marketing team and Regional Marketing teams to develop and deliver culturally relevant strategies and plans that drive DM’s overall brand and business objectives. As our Global Marketing Director you will be responsiblefor: - Develop a compelling and differentiated brand story for Dr. Martens and translate it into a vision that can be executed across channels and regions. - Work with Global Strategy & Global Product to build an actionable consumer segmentation strategy toinspire creative, focus marketing efforts, and fuel purposeful growth. - Develop and execute a full funnel marketing strategy that builds brand equity, brings in new consumers and deepens loyalty with existing. - Oversee the development and execution of globalbrand and product campaigns, deployed across all key markets and relevant channels, ensuring seasonal objectives and KPI’s are set, achieved and reported on. - Build out Dr. Marten’s music and culture strategy, working with the regional teams on local & keycity activation. - Provide strategic direction and future thinking for DM’s global social team, helping to build out a Social Centre of Excellence; oversee the development of short
