Six Months Contract paying up to £28.000 pro rata
Our client is a highly respected financial service organisation with an excellent reputation in the marketplace.
We are looking to recruit a competent and personable Personal Assistant to cover a role for circa six months.
You will be responsible for:
- Assistance to senior members of the management team
- Organising workload to be able to meet demands
- Managing diaries
- Preparation of agenda, papers, and presentations
- Hospitality and meeting arrangements
- Collating Board and Committee papers
