We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Pathway Coordinator/Validator.

The post holder will use the Trust's information systems to undertake comprehensive validation of patient's pathways within the Diabetes & Endocrinology Directorate in order to meet trust and national targets such as 18 weeks and 31/62 Cancer Targets.

The aim of this is to ensure information is accurate and to escalate issues or delays in the patient's treatment pathway. The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care.

D&E are a Directorate within the MAPs Care Group, which has staff based at both RHH and NGH.

We are offering the opportunity of an agile role where the post holder will be able to work both on site and from home.

The post holder will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 6PM,
