This is an incredible opportunity for a Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product to join a fast growth FinTech/HRTech that has already strong user base in over 70 countries globally
Location: Central London (Fully Remote)
Package: £130-150k + Equity & Benefits
You'll lead a key product division across a large product suite and will lead the effort to shape the product roadmap, manage stakeholder relationships and implement team culture.
The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will directly lead a Product team of up to 5 members as well as a wider matrix teams comprising of PM's, Designers, Engineers, Analysts and Operations managers, which will rapidly grow as the company continuesto scale internationally.
The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will:
- Ideate and execute the product strategy to continue rapid international growth.
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing product team (currently 5).
- Speak with investors, at conferences, forum and to the media and be seen to be the voice of the company where appropriate.
- Build a product management culture that balances product intuition, design innovation, market insight and data-informed decision making.
- Mentor the Product Management team.
- Build business cases for new product initiatives with a keen focus on market & opportunity sizing.
The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product must have:
- Experience building and leading world class product teams.
- Successfully scaled a product internationally.
- Very strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to use data and evidence to drive decision making.
- Experience working for a FinTech or HRTech scale-up.
- A hands-on and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
