They are looking to recruit a Completions Administration Assistant to assist their busy New Build Property team, based in their modern office in Camberley.
- Carrying out pre completion searches and ordering completion mortgage monies from lenders.
- Using the Land Registry portal to carry out priority searches and bankruptcy searches.
- Submitting relevant documents to Help to Buy and lenders, as well as drafting and filing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
- Working with our accounts team with regards to sending funds.
- Assisting completion teams with workload.
- Dealing with lender’s requirements after completion and dealing with deeds after completion.
- Liaising with clients & lenders prior to completion to finalise accounts and to generally deal with completion of a transaction.
- Redeeming lender’s charges, balances to clients and settling estate agents’ fees after completion.
- Dealing with Department administrative tasks

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative whilst being a strong team player. An ability to consistently maintain high standards will be essential as will excellent IT skills. You must be comfortable withcommunicating with clients on a wide range of platforms. You will also need to demonstrate that you are able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without compromising on service to our clients.

Applicants must possess at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C (9-4) including Maths and English. A full driving licence is also essential. Experience of working in a legal environment is not required, although experience within an office environment will be anadvantage. Data entry skills will be essential as well as good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
