This fast-growing, early-stage business has a clear mission to support the world's largest companies to communicate and execute change. Through building inclusive and connected cultures, this exciting company is building a customer portfolio that already includes numerous household name brands. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive
**As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will**:
- Build awareness and drive pipelines and revenue
- Work with Marketing and SDR colleagues to build target markets
- Research and map prospects
- Identify and engage with senior business leaders
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement process
- Close 6-figure deals with 6-24 month sales cycles
- Assist in creating scalable sales processes
**Enterprise Account Executive applicants will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience**:
- Degree level education
- 4+ years technology sales experience
- C-Suite experience
- Financial service or regulated industry exposure (preferred)
- Enterprise exposure
- Collaborative, inquisitive, and tenacious
- Highly driven
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Analytical and attentive
- HubSpot
**The successful Enterprise Account Executive can expect**:
- A base salary circa 60-75k
- Uncapped OTE of 120-150k
