Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth
- Manage online product listings, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Analyse website traffic and customer behaviour to optimise user experience
- Utilise Excel and Google Analytics to track performance metrics and generate reports
- Oversee marketing campaigns and promotions to increase online visibility
- Support in organizing events and business fairs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the website
- Maintain and update the Magento website with new products and information
- Lead e-commerce projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Excel, Office, Google Analytics
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in analysing data to drive decision-making processes
- Knowledge of project management principles in an e-commerce setting
