**Job Description** This Project Analyst position is an exciting and varied one that will provide you with the opportunity to grow and develop in the world of Project Management.

As a Project Analyst, you will support the delivery of Maritime projects by working closely with Programme Managers and Project Managers and providing data analysis and guidance on holiday happiness to our guests across Carnival UK.

**To do this, you will**:

- Provide administrative support such as preparation for stage gates, meeting minutes and general portfolio updates
- Support the setting up and maintenance of project controls for key projects
- Support regular and ad hoc analysis of portfolio or programme outcomes and discuss them at monthly review meetings.
- Supporting and assuring the provision of quality data, reporting, and dashboards

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry-level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a permanent full-time basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

**About You**

- Experience of working in a project environment in a project analyst role managing controls such as finance, planning, RAID, change and reporting.
- Experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of other business functions.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of document management tools (e.g. SharePoint) would be beneficial although not essential.
- Relevant qualifications such as CAPM, P30 Foundation, Prince2 Foundation or equivalent would be beneficial.
