**About Us**
Smith Tunbridge Ayres Ltd is an established niche company providing specialist surveying and consultancy services primarily to the Utilities Market.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional technical administrator to be based at our office at The Menagerie, Escrick. The role will primarily include the preparation of wayleave documentation for low voltage electrical apparatus claims and also the preparation of legal instructions in support of injurious affection claims
**Key Responsibilities**
- Update and ensure the accuracy of internal spreadsheets with new claim data and progress updates (excel format)
- Setting up new claim folders
- Processing claims, completing a desk top analysis of apparatus and compensation in accordance with internal and Distribution Network procedure
- Resolve queries in respect of apparatus or boundary discrepancies
- Preparation and issue of Wayleave Agreements and Plans
- To provide support to the wayleave team as required to ensure standards are met
- To establish good client relationships with Agents and Distribution Network Operators
- Preparation of Legal Instructions to include Heads of Terms and Plans
**Skills and Experience**
Whilst a technical role previous experience is not required with full training provided on the process.
**Skill Requirement**:
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Enthusiasm and a self-managing attitude/effective time management skills.
- Capable of working in a team and without supervision.
**- **Can work well under pressure and within a close team.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good standard of secondary education.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
