We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our membership department.
Key Responsibilities
- Main Point of Contact: Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate, reflecting the latest membership information.
- Membership Record Maintenance: Maintain and update membership records, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide membership reporting data to the CEO and relevant departments, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Membership Administration: Process member renewals and payments, including Direct Debits, and investigate membership queries.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head of Membership, including diary management, travel booking, and note-taking.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of membership administration.
- Technical Skills: Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Time Management: Exhibit strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
