**Role Overview**:
As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious plans forward. We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual who thrives on responsibility and impact. You will ensure operational excellence while exceeding clients' expectations at every stage of the selling process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Generate valuation opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Follow up with prospects and potential clients to inspire them to choose Castle Hill Properties

Convert valuations into instructions, overseeing the listing process from brochures to photoshoots.

Negotiate property offers and sales agreements, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

Develop yourself and your team through regular performance reviews, education, and training.

Promote Castle Hill Properties and its properties through innovative marketing strategies.

Exceed clients' expectations through continuous improvement and innovation.

Assess and improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in estate agency management and proven track record of generating valuations to instructions

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

High level of accountability and integrity.
