The directors of this business are looking for a dynamic thinker - someone who is willing to review the current operational processes & procedures and who is excited by the challenge of implementing new, more effective ways of working.

You should have experienceof change management, and possess the right levels of energy & charisma to deliver on new streamlined plans

Within this role you will be responsible for managing a team of 12, including Property Managers, an Office Manager, Inventory Clerks, Compliancy Officers, and Administrators.

You will oversee the processes & procedures covering hugely important elements ofthe company's day-to-day operations, including:

  • Operational budgeting
  • Property Management
  • Compliancy
  • Furnishings
  • Move-Ins / Inventories
  • Offboarding
  • Revenue offsetting
  • Online reviews

Coming from a similar Operations position, you need to have strong knowledge of the residential property management space, ideally including experience of working with HMOs.

You should also have a strong background in people management, with the proven ability to instil trust and to inspire and lead from the front.


  • This is a permanent position based in West London.
  • The hours of work will be 9am6pm Monday to Friday, although an element of flexibility may be required on occasion.
  • This position pays a basic salary of £6065k, plus an additional 10% bonus.
