Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd line) West London, On-Site

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fantastic client of ours supporting over 2000 staff across head office, and remotely.
This position requires someone on site 5 days per week in West London.
Paying competitive salary plus bonus and benefits and NO on-call/out of hours.
Experience supporting a high volume of end users, in a fast-paced environment.
Can offer fantastic customer service and communication skills over the phone, in writing and face-to-face.
Proficiency in Microsoft Technology/Products, Windows 10 and Office 365, Active Directory and more.
Mac/iOS support a 'nice to have' but not essential.
Have a history with creating and managing tickets, ideally with ServiceNow.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and both face to face and telephone manner.
A competitive salary, based on your experience.
A clear progression path, offering training in new technology along the way.
A generous benefits and bonus package.
Candidates must be able to commute to site 5 days per week.
